Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept card payments only

Shipping & Delivery

Nationwide (Pakistan): 5-7 working days.

International: 7–14 working days (customs delays may apply).
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Returns Policy

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging.

Refunds are issued as store credit only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from the use of our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
