We want you to love every AGUA purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  

• Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return or exchange shipping

  Approved returns will be issued as store coupons, which can be used for any future AGUA purchase.

Exchanges:

 If you’d like to exchange your fragrance for a different variant, please contact us at info@aguaperfumes.com with your order number. Exchanges follow the same 14-day, unopened, unused policy. Once we receive and inspect your return, your replacement will be shipped.
